Owner is friendly and when one of the machines took my coins but wouldn't work she came right away and gave the 3.75$ back and asked if there were any other issues was very helpful with a good attitude.

I did my laundry there for the first time. I found the place very clean and the woman attendant very helpful. The facility has everything one needs. Snacks..a change machine and even laundry products for sale. thank you for a wonderful environment and great staff.

Visiting Anchorage, this laundromat is clean, my clothes got clean, the dryer dried my clothes without melting them! Very nice experience. Thank you A'Laundromat.

Daniel was so nice and on top of helping all the customers, i honestlythought he was the owner. You can tell he really enjoys his job becausehe goes above and beyond. Definitely will be back just because of his service and how clean the facility is.

Amazing customer service, the guy there around 5-6pm on a sunday(thats around when I went) was very friendly and polite, answered all my questions with knowledge and niceness. and the machines work great and were CLEAN! The whole place was clean. Definitely going to be going there again.

Been here 2 times so far, everything it's quiet and clean! Very friendly staff and knowledgeable with their machines when it comes to size of laundry load to washing machine. I've only been brining my comforters since the one in my unit is too small for them but they always come out clean and fresh smelling!
